Now, the people can exercise their primary right through a referendum. For its implementation, Article 109 of the 2015 Constitution has provided a method for exercising such power,” Orbelyan emphasized, adding that it is stated in the constitutional article that in case of 50,000 signatures, the people have the right to take a legislative initiative.
