Azerbaijan has opened fire against civilian objects, foreigners were injured: Alarm to the international colleagues.
Today, at around 11:45 a.m., the Azerbaijani side opened fire at the metallurgical plant being built with the measures of foreign investments in Yeraskh, in the wake of which 2 foreign citizens were wounded.
On June 13 the units of the Azerbaijani armed forces, violating the ceasefire regime, have opened fire against the Armenian combat positions:
in the northern, eastern and south-western directions of the contact line of Artsakh,
in the vicinity of Tretuk, Sotk (using mortars),

I have addressed my international colleagues noting that Azerbaijan has grossly violated the provisions of the International Humanitarian Law, Trilateral Statement from November 9, 2020, universal human rights in general, has also hindered all the efforts by the international bodies to achieve peace.
I have demanded to make a public assessment on the criminal behavior of Azerbaijan and take measures towards imposing sanctions against Azerbaijan.
