EU Mission in Armenia referred to the latest allegations about its activities in Armenia.
“From the very beginning, EU Mission in Armenia (EUMA) is fully transparent about its plan to operate from six hubs with max 103 international staff. We aim to reach this full operability soon. EUMA is an unarmed civilian mission launched in response to request by Armenian government”, said the mission in a twit.
Toivo Klaar, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia retwitted the EU Mission’s statement, adding:
“EU has been and is completely transparent about its engagement for peace in the South Caucasus. And we will continue to work for the benefit of the nations and the people. EU Mission in Armenia is an important element of this commitment”.
