In Artsakh, the participants of the protest organized by the headquarters of the “People’s Movement for Unblocking the Corridor” demanded to unblock the Berdzor Corridor. The protesters went to the presidential residence to find out whether the Artsakh authorities joined them.
Artur Osipyan, the chairman of the Artsakh Revolutionary Party, said that their goal is to unite the society, go to the Hakari bridge with thousands of ten thousand, and demand to open the corridor. And for that, they need the support of Artsakh authorities. “We need security and fuel to go to that bridge, and we must demand security and fuel from the Russians. We will say that we want to go to Mets Shen with 10,000 people; you are obliged and must ensure our safety. There is another question: what should we do if the Russians don’t do it? There is an answer to that: we enter the airport, drive the Turks away, close the “supply” of the Russians,” he said.
According to Osipyan, today, the airport is only under the control of the Azerbaijanis; they are checking the Russians. According to him, it is necessary to go, drive the Azerbaijanis from the airport and take the airport under control.
“Our attitude towards the Russian peacekeepers, towards the command in general, should be correct, adequate, without unnecessary conversations and retorts. We will talk about legal issues and present the issues concretely. The Russians have responsibilities; according to November 9, we will talk to them within the framework of these responsibilities. If they do not provide, we will “close their supply” and force them; they will be hungry in a day, sad in a week, and wise in a month; whoever opposes this movement becomes our enemy. If our government and politicians do not want to be declared an enemy, they should support this cause with human resources. It is the first appeal to all: deputies, government, generals, and national heroes. Lifting the blockade of Artsakh is equivalent to the independence of Artsakh, even if the enemies have declared it. What the rest are talking about has nothing to do with reality, whether we should go to negotiations.
