The purpose of the draft law on Making Addendum to the Law on Medical Assistance and Service to the Population is to put the relations between the RA Ministry of Health and medical associations on an institutional basis: The Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Health Care Narek Zeynalyan said this at the extraordinary sitting of the Committee on July 12.
The co-rapporteur, the RA Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan informed that the proposals presented by the Government were adopted.
The Committee also debated the draft law on Making Addendum to the Law on Medical Care and Service to the Population. The key rapporteur Narek Zeynalyan noted that an editorial amendment was made, which was adopted.
The Committee debated the amendments and addenda proposed in the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia as well. The co-author of the draft Narek Zeynalyan mentioned that the necessity for the initiative arose after the fact that the inspection body found medicine in pharmacies that were stamped but not registered in the Republic of Armenia.
