On July 12 the European Court of Human Rights upon the request of the Armenian Government to order Azerbaijan to remove all impediment to traffic along the Lachin Corridor, reminded the parties that the interim measure indicated to the Government of Azerbaijan on 21 December 2022 is still in force.
Thus the European Court of Human Rights in essence has reaffirmed the necessity of implementing its decision on indicating the interim measures under Rule 39 of the Rules of Court in the framework of the current situation, and it must be complied to by Azerbaijan.
