Ruben Rubinyan meets Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Poland to Armenia
On July 14, the Vice President of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Armenia Piotr Skwieciński. The Head of Armenia-Poland Friendship Group Arusyak Julhakyan also attended the meeting.
Ruben Rubinyan, welcoming the Ambassador in Parliament, noted that Armenia attaches importance to the development of relations and cooperation with Poland.
Piotr Skwieciński, thanking for the warm reception, assured that during his tenure he will do his best to contribute to further development and deepening of relations between the two countries. He highlighted the role of parliamentary diplomacy in strengthening bilateral relations.

At the Ambassador’s request, Ruben Rubinyan introduced the regional security issues, the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, and spoke about the humanitarian crisis caused by the illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor. Reference was made to the Armenia-Turkey settlement process.
During the meeting, ideas were exchanged on the possibilities of cooperation in the fields of interest for both countries.
