“The official Stepanakert has not received such a document,” Lusine Avanesyan, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan spokesperson, told Aravot.am. We are talking about the document Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary David Shahnazaryan published recently.
To remind, the 12-month road map for integrating Artsakh into Azerbaijan, which, according to David Shahnazaryan, consists of four points, was transferred by the government of Azerbaijan to the government of Armenia. According to David Shahnazaryan’s information, the authorities of Armenia should share that document with the leaders of Artsakh.
We inquired from the spokesperson of the Artsakh President whether the Armenian authorities have transferred such a document to the Artsakh authorities. If so, what is the position of the Artsakh government regarding this?
By the way, the spokesperson of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nazeli Baghdasaryan, said in response to Aravot.am’s inquiry: “There was an official reference to the negotiation process, and there is nothing more to say now.”

Let’s note that the questioning did not refer to the negotiation process but to the existence of the document announced by David Shahnazaryan and its transfer to the authorities of Armenia. Does Nazeli Baghdasaryan’s answer imply that this document is part of the negotiation process? The question is rhetorical.
