At a press conference held on July 25, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan denied the statement of David Shahnazaryan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, former Ambassador on Special Assignments of the President of Armenia, former head of National Security, that Azerbaijan has handed over a document to the Armenian authorities, according to which Artsakh’s integration into Azerbaijan is planned in four stages, and Yerevan should also hand over the paper to Artsakh.
“There was no such thing. Even if there were such an offer, I would not allow myself to take some package and transfer it to Stepanakert because it would contradict the logic that we put forward. Go and find out how David Shahnazaryan knows,” declared Pashinyan.
By the way, David Shahnazaryan described Pashinyan’s press conference yesterday as follows: “The only thing that Pashinyan’s government has not spared for Artsakh and the people of Artsakh is the HATE.”
