Participant in the chain hunger strike “In defense of besieged Artsakh” in front of the UN office, Anna Artsruni, voluntarily joined the initiative.
“I was brought here by these two girls’ bad news. I joined the hunger strike voluntarily. But the goal is for the international institutions to stop being silent, not seeing, not hearing like a well-known figure. Do something, react. There are already several initiatives that are interconnected.
The girls are on a hunger strike here, and we are collecting food and essential items for the children of Artsakh. The UN and the member countries should see this and take tangible action; we see that the food collected by the people goes to Artsakh. This is the manifestation of our will, and it will not stop, will be, and will continue as long as more than 30 thousand children of Artsakh are hungry, and this total blockade, which has lasted for almost 230 days, continues,” said Anna.
