The Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh wrote on his Facebook page:
The humanitarian crisis in Artsakh aggravates hour by hour. Due to the shortage or complete absence of vital products and foodstuffs in Artsakh, people keep asking each other for help to find at least something via social media platforms. All spheres of life of people are affected, while the organisation of normal life is hindered by Azerbaijan.
