On August 15, the Vice President of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Armenia Olivier Decottignies.

Welcoming the Ambassador in Parliament, Ruben Rubinyan valued the Armenian-French cooperation, underscored the special nature of the bilateral relations.
