On August 17 President of Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan met with a group of militia fighters.
At their suggestion, the Head of the State presented the steps taken in the direction of ensuring the security of Artsakh, stopping the further course of the genocide and overcoming the humanitarian disaster.
The necessity of consolidating everyone’s efforts and stability of the state system to face the challenges facing Artsakh was underscored during the meeting.
