Samvel Shahramanyan was appointed State Minister

On August 31 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on the dismissal of Gurgen Nersisyan from the position of State Minister.

According to another Presidential decree signed on the same day, Samvel Shahramanyan was appointed State Minister, being relieved of the position of secretary of the Security Council.
