The expression “There is nothing worse than war” ultimately led to war because the worst thing than war is the deprivation of the homeland, genocide, and all the phenomena we are witnessing today”; former NA deputy Arman Abovyan expressed his opinion during the discussion entitled “Artsakh: Where the process is leading?”
Arman Abovyan considers it pointless to analyze the actions of the Armenian authorities because, in his opinion, they are controllable from several points, creating an imitation that they are the government. At the same time, they are trying to prepare the society for the failures they have organized. According to the speaker, there is one question in Armenia today: Will there be Armenia or not, while the government’s only problem is maintaining its power? “With surprising or enviable consistency, the authorities of Armenia prove that they are unable to ensure security, at the very least, to ensure that the citizens of Armenia are not kidnapped, killed, tortured, and while raising these basic demands, the authorities say that they are fighting for power.”
According to Arman Abovyan, the authorities of Armenia appointed Russia as the culprit, at the urging of another geopolitical center, to try to save their power under that urging and brought Armenia into the field of East-West confrontation, as a result of which Armenia’s subjectivity has decreased so much that external forces are fighting over who Will he control the roads passing through Armenia? “We have no choice but to follow the path of national solidarity, which does not mean national obedience. In other words, everyone is united that we will not be victims of the Turk’s geopolitical calculations. We disagree that one part of our nation should be slaughtered so the other can be fat and lucky.”
Arman Abovyan considers the claims that we are weak and incapable of being false because, in this way, they break society’s resistance and invite the enemy to attack. “Only units deprived of resistance are destroyed and eliminated, so we should stop feeling sorry for ourselves. We do not want war; only an abnormal man or society can want war, but a tenfold abnormal man may not resist when the war is going on, and it is not over. Turkey and Azerbaijan want to take us out of our security system, which we are destroying with our hands.”
