Nikol Pashinyan’s statement yesterday that there is no direct threat to the civilian population of Nagorno Karabakh, according to Artak Zakaryan, member of the RPA(Republican Party of Armenia) General Assembly, former Deputy Minister of Defense, has nothing to do with reality and the situation of the people in Artsakh. According to his assessment, the situation in Artsakh has worsened even more today.
“Even ordinary water is a problem; we are discussing drinking water. Today, the people of Artsakh are in an environment of fear, danger, and abandonment, with hopeless, uncertain fate and uncertain expectations. Unfortunately, even collecting the dead bodies from different parts of Artsakh has become a huge problem. Azerbaijan will not stop genocidal actions in any way, be it under international pressure, with the mediation of peacekeepers.”
