Samantha Power, director of the US Agency for International Development, first visited the theater building in Goris, where the displaced persons from Artsakh are counted.
Introducing the situation, Syunik Governor Robert Ghukasyan introduced how the works are organized. Ms. Power inquired about the needs and what support they have in the process.

Paruyr Hovhannisyan, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, emphasizes the assessment of all the needs of the humanitarian disaster to provide appropriate assistance and familiarize the international partners with the details.
According to him, the visit of USAID delegates to Goris pursues that goal.
