She flags concerns of ethical breaches, manipulated disclosure, and the lack of survivor-centricity. She also calls for an investigation into the non-independence of the mission and its strong biases in favor of Azerbaijan, and how this is harmful to the historic Armenian people of Artsakh Nagorno-Karabakh. This letter is also open for public consultation.
