At present, the Article 47.1 of the RA Code on Administrative Offences defines responsibility for implementation of the patho-anatomical cleavages and offences of the conditions of the researches, and a quotation is made to Article 24.2 and 24.3 of the Law On Medical Aid and Service of the Population.
However, the mentioned law was written down with new edition on May 30, 2020 and the appropriate article functioning at the given moment sets completely other not relating regulation. As a result of control, in case of disclosing offences the inspection body has no factual opportunity for applying responsibility measures.
The Head of the Inspection Bodies’ Coordination Bureau at the Prime Minister’s Staff Petros Martirosyan said this, presenting in the second reading the draft law on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Offences. The issue was debated at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care on October 18.
The inconsistencies existing in the Article in force will be fixed with the proposing amendments for ensuring inspection control efficiency in the mentioned sphere.
