Gevorg Parsyan, mayor of Armenia’s southern Syunik provincial capital Kapan, heading a delegation had a working visit to Isfahan during 20-23 Oct., The visit was upon the invitation of Ali Ghasemzadeh, mayor of Isfahan.
Armenian delegation during their stay in Isfahan had meetings with officials of Isfahan municipality, notable was the meeting of the two mayors, Parsyan and Ghasemzadeh where the interlocutors discussed about the various spheres of cooperation between Kapan and Isfahan, Including trade, academic and cultural fields.
The Armenian delegation also visited the Armenian community centers and officials in Julfa district and paid a courtesy visit to Armenian Vank Church where they were received by the Armenian Prelate Bishop Sipan Kechejian and the community officials.
Arthur Sarkissian, Consul of the Embassy of the R. of Armenian to the I.R. of Iran accompanied the delegation.
