During the briefings, a question regarding the non-proper fulfillment of the Russian troops’ functions in our territory was sounded. As the Prime Minister noted in his interview, yes, there are shortcomings, we have not seen benefits in recent period, but we wish to be understood for our CSTO partners and also vice versa,” Artur Hovhannisyan said and underscored that at this moment the Armenian side pursues balanced and partnership policy with all partners, and it is important that the interests of the Republic of Armenia will be perceivable and clear for everybody.
