Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the delegation led by French Minister of Culture Rima Abdul Malak.
The Prime Minister welcomed Mrs. Malak’s visit to Armenia and emphasized the high level and intensive nature of Armenian-French relations. Nikol Pashinyan added that the Armenian government attaches importance to the consistent development and strengthening of cooperation with France in all fields, including culture. The Prime Minister noted that the French minister’s visit has a busy agenda and expressed belief that various projects will be outlined within its framework and they will be successfully implemented.
Rima Abdul Malak added that her delegation includes a group of cultural figures, the purpose of the visit is to give a new impetus to bilateral interaction in various branches of culture, in particular, preservation of cultural heritage, music, cinema, etc. According to the minister, specific programs are being discussed with Armenian partners, and appropriate steps will be taken for their implementation in the near future.
