Spokesperson of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Ani Badalyan wrote on X: “Investigative committee of Armenia published data on numbers of killed and wounded, among them civilians, including children, as result of large-scale military attack by Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh on September 19. 14 individuals were tortured and 64 died on the move from NK.”
She also shared other information from the Investigative Committee, according to which more than 200 people, including 9 civilians, 2 children, were killed, and more than 300 were injured, 80 of whom were civilians. In the information sheet distributed by Badalyan, it is stated that the data in 2023 are as of October 30 and may change as the investigation is ongoing.
