Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received OSCE Secretary General Helga Maria Schmid.
The interlocutors referred to the work of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Yerevan, issues on the agenda, cooperation between the Armenian government and the OSCE.
The humanitarian problems of more than 100,000 forcibly displaced people from Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of Azerbaijan’s ethnic cleansing policy were discussed, as well as the steps taken by the Armenian government to overcome them.

Reference was made to the issues related to the normalization process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The importance of continuing the peace process based on the principles agreed upon based on the results of the trilateral meetings held in Brussels on May 14 and July 15, 2023 was emphasized.
The sides exchanged views on issues of regional peace and stability, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
