Lise Christoffersen (Norway, SOC), one of the PACE co-rapporteurs for the monitoring of Azerbaijan, will make a fact-finding visit to the country on 20-21 November, to further assess the honouring of its obligations and commitments to the Council of Europe, since the adoption of PACE Resolution 2184 (2017), with a view to finalising a report to be considered by the Monitoring Committee at its next meeting on 4-5 December.
