The Armenian men’s national team became the bronze medalist of the European Team Chess Championship.
In the last round of the championship, GM Shant Sargsyan scored an important victory over GM Michael Adams.
The games of other team members ended in a draw.
Thus, the Armenian team defeated the English team with a score of 2.5-1.5, winning the bronze medal.
