Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the President of the European Broadcasting Union, Noel Curran.
The Prime Minister emphasized the close cooperation and implementation of joint projects between the Public Television of Armenia and the European Broadcasting Union. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the role of the Public Television Company and emphasized the need for its continuous development, re-equipment, and work aimed at increasing the professional abilities of its employees.
Noel Curran noted that the European Broadcasting Union is interested in close cooperation with the Public Television of Armenia and is ready to contribute to its development and expansion of capabilities.
During the meeting, issues related to the role of TV companies in the current reality, the fight against disinformation, and freedom of speech were discussed.
