It is proposed by the legislative initiative to create legal bases for recognizing the individual entrepreneurs’ state accounting, on which the date in the information system are not included, but there are no notes in the state united registration book. The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Ara Mkrtchyan said at November 21 RA NA extraordinary sitting, presenting for debate in the parliament the package of the draft law on making Addenda to the law on The Legal Persons’ State Registration, the State Accounting of the Legal Persons’ Separated Sub-divisions, Institutions and Individual Entrepreneurs’ State Accounting and the enclosed presented ones. It was proposed to create legal bases for recognizing the legal persons’ state registration, on which the data are included in the information system, but there are no notes in the state united registration book. At the same time, the features of the order of recognizing the state registration of the individual entrepreneurs and legal persons will be defined.
The RA NA Vice President Hakob Arshakyan inquired what impact will leave this change on the entities by the presented legislation. “The most important thing is the continuity of the legal capacity will be provided. It means that the entities will not ever have any obstacle in case of the adoption of this regulation on their signed contracts and the ones in effect on the credits and other relations and obligations and will continue their activities,” the key rapporteur noted. According to him, a term will be set, until January 31, 2024, and an opportunity will be given to get registered in the registration book, by which their legal capacity will be recognized.
