Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Asian Development Bank President Masatsugu Asakawa.
The Prime Minister highly appreciated the close cooperation formed between the Armenian government and the Asian Development Bank and emphasized that it contributes to the development of infrastructure in our country. Nikol Pashinyan added that the Armenian government is interested in the implementation of new projects, stressing that the development of infrastructure is of primary importance for the government.
Masatsugu Asakawa assessed the cooperation with Armenia to be effective and noted that ADB is ready to expand joint programs.
In this context, the current projects and the possibilities of implementing new school construction projects in the framework of the Seismic Safety Improvement, road construction, health infrastructure development and other directions were discussed.
