Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the delegation led by the head of the Lithuania-Armenia inter-parliamentary friendship group Raimundas Lopata.
The Prime Minister welcomed the delegation’s visit to Armenia and emphasized the dynamic nature of Armenian-Lithuanian relations. According to Nikol Pashinyan, bilateral cooperation has been actively developing recently, which is also facilitated by high-level mutual visits. The Prime Minister also emphasized inter-parliamentary cooperation, including on international platforms.
Raimundas Lopata noted the fact of close cooperation with Armenian partners and expressed confidence that bilateral relations will continue to develop and strengthen consistently.

The interlocutors exchanged thoughts on the processes taking place in the region. The humanitarian problems of more than 100,000 forcibly displaced people of Nagorno Karabakh and the steps taken by the Armenian government to overcome them were also discussed.
The sides referred to the “Crossroads of Peace” project brought forward by the Armenian government and its goals.
