Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Liechtenstein
On November 30, on the sidelines of the 30th OSCE Ministerial Council, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Dominique Hasler, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Education and Sport of the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The interlocutors emphasized the readiness for further development of the political dialogue between the two countries based on common values. The mutual willingness to organize high-level visits in order to enrich the bilateral agenda with new directions was highlighted.
Issues of cooperation on multilateral platforms were discussed, particularly taking into account Liechtenstein’s presidency and priorities in the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.

The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Liechtenstein also touched upon the regional challenges. Minister Mirzoyan presented the principles reflected in the Granada Quadrilateral Statement and emphasized the importance of support to those principles by international partners interested in the stability of the region, as well as the importance of genuine efforts towards contributing to the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Ararat Mirzoyan presented the steps taken in order to address the needs and rights of more than 100,000 Armenians forcibly displaced as a result of the ethnic cleansing of Nagorno-Karabakh by Azerbaijan.
