It is proposed by the draft to organize the implementation of the trade activity in the customs control zones of state or community property on the basis of the competition established by the Government. Lease contracts will be signed directly with the persons who won in the competition. The Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee Rustam Badasyan said this.
The addenda being proposed to the law on Customs Regulation authored by the Government in the first reading was debated at January sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.
It is designed to carry out in competition order the choice of the pre-qualified legal persons and the inclusion in the relevant registry to organize for the improvement of the activity of the duty-free shops and the quality of the rendering services, as well as providing efficiency of the customs control.
It is proposed to fill in the fulfillment of the obligations assumed during the pre-qualification in the obligations of the duty-free shops, to fill in the information containing in the application to be included in the relevant registry being presented to the customs body by the legal persons.
