At February 1 sitting, the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs in the second reading debated the revised legislative package on Amending the law on Prosecutor’s Office and on Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia authored by the deputy of the NA Civil Contract Faction Arpine Davoyan.
The opinion of the Government on the package was positive.
The draft law on Making Addenda and Amendments in the RA Civil Procedure Code included in the agenda of the sitting will be debated on February 5. The Government authored the draft.
The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Ara Mkrtchyan informed that the debate of the draft law on Making Addendum to the law on Public and Individual Notice via Internet on and the enclosed legislative package authored by the Government was postponed up to two months for revising it.
