Ambassador Kvien was pleased to attend the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Investigative Committee of Armenia.

This Memorandum will bolster cooperation between U.S. and Armenian law enforcement partners and support the government’s efforts to strengthen the rule of law in Armenia.
