On March 13, the Chair of the Standing Committee on European Integration of the National Assembly Arman Yeghoyan, the Deputy Chair Meri Galstyan, members Tatevik Gasparyan and Arsen Torosyan met with the delegation led by the Co-Chair of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), the EU-Armenia Civil Society Platform Simo Tiainen arrived in Armenia.
Welcoming the guests in the National Assembly, the Armenian parliamentarians spoke about the Armenia-European Union close cooperation, in the effective implementation of the RA-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement the Committee members highlighted the EU Advisory and Expertise support.
Reference was made to the situation in the region. The Armenian parliamentarians presented the Crossroads of Peace project developed by the Government of Armenia.
