Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan received Brice Roquefeuil, Head of the Directorate for Continental Europe of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic, French Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group. French Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Olivier Decottignies, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to France Hasmik Tolmajian and Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Kristine Ghalechyan were also present at the meeting.
Welcoming the visit of the Co-Chair to Armenia, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the deepening of economic cooperation with France from the point of view of both the continuous strengthening of bilateral relations and the increase of Armenia’s resilience.
The interlocutors exchanged ideas on the projects aimed at the development of road, irrigation and energy infrastructures. Special reference was made to the details of the planned cooperation within the framework of the Sisian-Kajaran road section of the North-South investment project.
The parties also referred to the current works of the loan programs implemented in cooperation with the French Development Agency, in particular, the construction of the Vedi reservoir and the irrigation system.

At the end of the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their willingness to continue making efforts in the direction of continuous strengthening of bilateral cooperation.
