With the adoption of the draft, it will be possible to regulate the relations regarding the certification of the document printed or downloaded from the information base of the tax body or from the taxpayer’s personal page of the electronic management system of the tax body’s reporting system and certified by the tax body. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee Artur Manukyan, presenting the draft law on making addenda to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia for debate in the first reading at the regular sitting of the National Assembly on April 30.
It is proposed to define the notion of QR code in the Tax Code, in particular, QR barcode – a machine-readable image (label).
The law is expected to enter into force on January 1, 2026.
