Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received World Bank’s Senior Managing Director Axel van Trotsenburg and International Finance Corporation (IFC) Regional Vice President Alfonso Garcia Mora.
The Prime Minister emphasized the cooperation of the Armenian government with the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation. In particular, the Prime Minister emphasized the effective cooperation with the WB in the promotion of the reforms being implemented in our country, the implementation of various programs in the economy, infrastructure, education and other fields.
The Prime Minister also emphasized the close cooperation formed with the International Finance Corporation, particularly in the financial sphere.
During the meeting, the course of joint projects, as well as the possibilities of diversification of Armenia’s economy, and the steps taken in that direction were discussed.
