Vahe Hovhannisyan presents financial indicators of programmes of 12 state bodies implemented in 2023

On June 3, the debate of the annual report on the Execution of the RA 2023 State Budget continued at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs.

The RA Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan presented the financial indicators of the programmes of 2023 implemented by the staffs of 12 state bodies: The Prime Minister, the President, the National Assembly, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Judicial Council, the Ministry of Justice, the General Prosecutor’s Office, the State Control Service, the Investigative Committee, the Corruption Prevention Commission, the Anti-Corruption Committee, and the Central Electoral Commission.

According to the 2023 state budget, 11 programmes and 52 measures were planned for the Prime Minister’s Office: 11 programmes and 67 measures were implemented. 21 billion 193 million AMD was actually spent, the execution of which was 95.3% compared to the specified plan.

In the financial year, the President’s Office implemented 1 programme and 3 measures, 1 billion 466 million AMD was actually spent, and 98.4% execution was recorded.

The Staff of the National Assembly implemented 1 programme and 8 measures in 2023. According to the actual 2023 state budget, 6 billion 944 million AMD was spent, which is 96.4% of the specified budget.

The Staff of the Constitutional Court implemented 1 programme and 3 measures in the financial year. The total budget according to the specified plan was 869 million AMD, 856 million AMD was actually spent.

The Staff of the Supreme Judicial Council implemented 1 programme and 24 measures. The actual execution was 16 billion 991 million AMD.

The budget of the staff of the Ministry of Justice consisted of 8 programmes and 38 measures. The actual execution was 25 billion 337 million AMD, 99.4% of the specified plan was fulfilled.

The Staff of the General Prosecutor’s Office implemented 3 programmes and 7 measures in 2023. The execution was 10 billion 125 million AMD.

In the financial year, the State Control Service had 1 programme and 2 measures, the total budget was 919.8 million AMD, the execution was 99%.

1 programme and 8 measures were implemented in the staff of the Investigative Committee.

The Corruption Prevention Commission implemented 1 programme and 2 measures. The actual expenditure was 380 million AMD.

In 2023, the Anti-Corruption Committee implemented 1 programme and 4 measures. The actual expenditure was 2 billion 644 million AMD.

The Central Electoral Commission implemented 1 programme and 7 measures. The actual expenditure was 1 billion 809 million AMD, the execution was 97%.
