The regulations being proposed by the legislative package refer to the execution of the rights of the citizens forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh (NK).
An opportunity was given to recognize in the Republic of Armenia also the submitting of the application and the registration of the legal person in the term established by law adopted on November 22, 2023. The scheduled time was January 31, 2023. It is proposed to extend that term until December 1, 2024 giving an opportunity to the individual entrepreneurs, physical and legal persons applying for registration.
The next amendment gives an opportunity to move the pension possibilities formed in the Nagorno Karabakh pension fund to move pension funds functioning in the Republic of Armenia.
The abovementioned amendments are proposed to make to the laws on Legal Persons’ State Registration, the Legal Persons’ Separated Sub-divisions, State Accounting of the Institutions and Individual Entrepreneurs and on the Rights of the Participants of the Pension System Accumulative Component and Additional Guarantees of Protection of Legal Interests.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Armenuhi Harutyunyan presented for debate the new regulations at NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and noted that the package was debated in detail with the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
In her co-report the deputy Lilit Minasyan proposed to endorse the package.
The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Davit Khachatryan also gave clarifications on the necessity of the adoption of the package, specified that our compatriots will be given an opportunity to apply for moving the financial means existing in the personal accounts during three months, if during that period they will not apply, then they will be moved automatically moved.
The issue was endorsed by the Committee.
