Our chefs had an incredible experience exploring the apple orchard and balsamic vinegar production by “AND” LLC, a local entrepreneur. They demonstrated how to incorporate apple vinegar or balsamic vinegar into a simple dish.

Another highlight was discovering the traditional Armenian dish kyalagyogh (lentil yogurt soup) at a family-owned gastro yard, Sisian Ceramics.
