According to the current regulations, when a person falls ill with the list of diseases defined by the Government, he applies and receives all the money he has accumulated, and then, in case of health improvement, does not have the opportunity to be reinstated in the pension accumulation system. With this draft, we propose to create an opportunity for such citizens to be included in the system again if they apply. This was stated by the RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Davit Khachatryan, presenting the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Cumulative Pensions at the extraordinary sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Labor and Social Affairs on June 10.
It was noted that the adoption of the initiative is conditioned by the regulation of the problems that appeared in law enforcement practice.
Davit Khachatryan informed that the 3 received proposals were accepted.
The draft will be included in the draft agenda of the regular sittings of the National Assembly to be convened on June 11.
