The delegation led by the RA NA Vice President Hakob Arshakyan took part in a launch of Armenian books in China. It took place within the framework of the 30th Beijing International Book Fair, where more than 220.000 books in Chinese and in foreign languages were presented.
5 books translated from Armenian into Chinese (Muratsan – Gevorg Marzpetuni, Movses Khorenatsi – The History of Armenia, Grigor Zohrap – Stories, Khachatur Abovyan – Wounds of Armenia, Armenian Fairy Tales) were presented to the Fair. They were translated within the scope of the programme of translation of the Asian classical works.
At present, one of the biggest fairs of the world has become one of the key international book fairs in China and one of the platforms of the copyright trading.
The deputies of the RA NA Civil Contract Faction Andranik Kocharyan, Lena Nazaryan, Taguhi Ghazaryan, Hayk Tsirunyan and the deputy of the Armenia Faction Gegham Nazaryan are in the delegation.
