Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited Tavush region, specifically Kirants community. The Prime Minister first familiarized himself with the process of reconstruction of the Kirants-Acharkut road, which is in the final stage. Officials reported that the upgraded road will be put into operation already this month.
Next, the construction works of the new Kirants road were presented to the Prime Minister, which are also actively underway and will be completed soon. It will be modern, designed for all types of vehicles. Nikol Pashinyan also visited the Kirants section of the Armenia-Azerbaijan state border and got acquainted with the works carried out after the demarcation of the border.

The bridge of Khashtarak was damaged by floods in Tavush region. Prior to starting the reconstruction works of the latter, a temporary bridge is currently being built, which will provide access to Khashtarak. The Prime Minister got acquainted with the reconstruction works of the above-mentioned road section, as well as the sections of the Dilijan-Ijevan road that had collapsed due to floods.
