Under Secretary Zeya gave remarks at the new Patrol Police Service Headquarters and Dispatch Center.
The United States has contributed more than $16 million to the development of the Patrol Police Service in Armenia and is committed to working with Armenia to advance reform of Armenian law enforcement agencies.
