Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan received USAID Mission Director for Armenia John Allelo.
At the meeting, the visit of USAID Administrator Samantha Power to Armenia, the framework of the Armenia-US strategic partnership, the development of democratic processes, housing security and employment programs for the forcibly displaced population of Nagorno Karabakh, peace in the region, economic cooperation and the implementation of reforms being carried out by the government were touched upon.

Arayik Harutyunyan emphasized the issues of developing and implementing “Strategic Communication Architecture”, as well as establishing institutional mechanisms for public participation.
USAID Armenia Mission Director presented the wide-scale agenda being implemented with the Armenian government and expressed readiness to provide support to the Armenian government in capacity building, resilience and other development issues.
