If one goes on vacation, only the manager remains to handle not only young couples getting married but also citizens seeking various documents. This situation diminishes the solemnity of such important events for young couples.
The solutions are evident. If the workload of passport services has increased to this extent, then there should be 10 operators instead of 3. The area should also be expanded accordingly. Services need to be differentiated, for example, separating the issuers of notary papers from those who issue passports or IDs.
