The Constitution should be about an essence and nature of the state based on an agreement reached between citizens, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a press conference in response to a question from Public Radio of Armenia.
Secondly, he noted that the Constitution should be adopted by citizens through a free, fair and independent vote.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the rest is a multi-layer process. “There are nuances, doctrines, theories. We must make a decision as a result of discussing all this,” PM Pashinyans aid.
He stressed that the issue of the Constitution of teh Republic of Armenia is a domestic issue of the Republic of Armenia and is part of domestic agenda.
