Views were exchanged on the efforts made in the direction of establishing lasting stability and peace in the South Caucasus, and in this context, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia touched upon the peace process with Azerbaijan. In the context of unblocking regional transport and economic communications, the imperative of unconditional respect for the principles underlying the concept of the “Crossroads of Peace” project, particularly territorial integrity and sovereignty, was emphasized, and Ararat Mirzoyan highly appreciated the firm position of the Iranian side in that regard.
