Continuing its digitalization ambitious efforts to enhance the customer service experience quality Ucom announces its collaboration with Cerillion, a global leader in Operational and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS) for the telecom industry.
The new solution allows Ucom to integrate its services and customer data into a unified convergent system. This will empower Ucom to scale efficiently while delivering seamless, personalized experiences across all channels. The AI-powered digital solution will accelerate the launch of new products, making Ucom’s offerings more adaptive to evolving customer needs.
Based in the UK, Cerillion was selected after an exhaustive evaluation process, during which Ucom assessed major vendors in the industry.
